Hi, I’m Haley.

I combine my knowledge of the human movement system with my background in fitness and strength and conditioning to provide my clients with a unique and high-quality experience centered around their goals.

Goal-oriented, individualized care, no exceptions.

Trust me, I get it. As a former dancer, I’ve personally dealt with several injuries and times where my body wasn’t able to do what I expected of it. It can be frustrating, disheartening and filled with ups and downs.

Ultimately, it was my own experience in health care that drove me to pursue a career in physical therapy and now, with over 10 years in the rehab industry, I’ve created Empower Physical Therapy and Performance to ensure every client receives the best possible education and care.

We pride ourselves in caring for you as a whole person, not solely focusing on your injury but rather seeing the bigger picture. From optimizing your performance and overall well-being, to tailoring treatment to your specific needs and goals, we will work together to develop a solution-focused plan that will leave you feeling your absolute best.

“Haley is extremely knowledgeable and helped to quickly get me back to exercise after an injury. She’s thoughtful, listens to your issue, makes logical assessments of the problem, and, most importantly, is focused on the end-goal result of a full recovery. I would 100% recommend anyone looking for PT help, particularly those with a sports-related injury!”
